Chicken Pakora – Gluten free
This is one for those of you who are on a gluten free diet. It uses Gram Flour instead of plain flour. Gram Flour is made from Chickpeas and can be found in some supermarkets, health food stores and Asian stores.
It makes a wonderful starter to any meal but works especially well if planning an Indian meal. Alternatively you can eat is as a main course or finger food if you choose.
