BiaMaith is one of Ireland’s fastest growing and most popular websites. Established in December 2014 by chef Liam Boland, the site has quickly become a go-to resource for families and foodies who want to make amazing grub without breaking the bank or spending hours in the kitchen. BiaMaith’s simple, healthy and delicious recipes are quick and easy to follow and can turn anyone into a confident and accomplished home cook.

In December 2015, BiaMaith released its debut cookbook, Good Food Made Simple, which was one of the bestselling cook books in Ireland over the festive period. The book – which is exclusively available on the BiaMaith website – has been shipped all over Ireland, the UK and farther afield. The eBook has a five-star rating on Amazon Worldwide.

BiaMaith launched its new look website in February 2017 and added new features to broaden its appeal and reach. It now features a Home and Interiors section, BiaMaith Reviews and a new Video section. The expansion will continue throughout 2017, bringing BiaMaith to a whole new level.

BiaMaith has featured in the media both nationally and internationally and has collaborated with brands including Bord Bia, Braun, DID Electrical, Castle Leslie Estate and Clean Ireland Recycling.
