The Menu Explained (don’t follow the recipes in the links if following my time plan)
I choose a simple soup to start. You can change it for one to suit your families tastes, use the search feature on the top of this page to find one you like, simply search for soup.
Roast Stuffed Turkey & Ham
It will always be the traditional turkey and ham in my house. I explain how to do the perfect roast and ham in my time plan. I seriously recommend you cook these Christmas eve which will make life so much easier for you on Christmas day.
I will explain how to prepare and reheat it just like we do in professional kitchens so you end up with beautifully moist turkey and ham every time.
I used always tell my junior chefs to put as much effort into the vegetables as we put into the mains. So many chefs don’t do this and the customer suffers. If you put as much effort into the sides as you do the roast then I guarantee your meal will be a memorable one the whole family will enjoy.
Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Smooth, lump free mash is essential. Follow my instructions and you will end up with smooth creamy mashed potatoes.
Crispy Roast Baby Potatoes with Sea Salt & Rosemary
Homemade Gravy (it’s really easy)
