Cheese & Onion White Soda Bread
Heavy and stodgy, this bread just oozes with flavour from the onions and mustard seeds mixed with the lovely cheddar cheese. This will go so well with any of the soups you will find here on my site.
It is so simple to make so I strongly recommend you start with this if you are interested in learning to make bread. Once you have mastered this then give some basic yeast breads a go.
Add the buttermilk and mix really well. Pour into a greased (use marg or butter) pan or loaf tin, then add the mustard seeds and pumpkin seeds to the top pressing down slightly to hold them in place.
