Chicken Pakora – Gluten free
It makes a wonderful starter to any meal but works especially well if planning an Indian meal. Alternatively you can eat is as a main course or finger food if you choose.
You will need – 1 deep fat fryer, deep pan or wok. 1 raw meat chopping board, 1 sharp knife, 2 medium bowls, 1 baking tray and baking parchment to cover.
