Tagliatelle, Shaved Asparagus and Poached Egg
I used fresh egg pasta, you can use dried but try to get a good quality one if you do. Due to there being no sauce in the dish it pays to use a good quality pasta.
You will need – 2 medium pots, 1 deep pan, 1 sharp knife, 1 chopping board, 1 peeler, 1 grater and 1 big metal or wooden spoon. (a tongs is always useful)
