Teriyaki Salmon Fillets
This dish is perfect for those who have very little time to cook, yet who want something healthy.
You can prepare it in minutes then leave it to the oven to do the rest of the work.
Change the veg to suit your own tastes.
Allergens : Contains Gluten, Lactose Free, Nut Free
Salmon – 2 Fillets (skinned)
Garlic Clove – 1/2
Fresh Basil – 8 leaves
Fresh Ginger – Thumbnail size piece
Teriyaki marinade – 4 tblsp
Chili – A hint of finely chopped
Broccolli – Cut very small
Mixed Peppers – Diced
Small Red Onion – 1/2 finely chopped
Spring Onion – 1
Add all veg to tin foil like I did in the picture then top with the salmon, teriyaki marinade and a hint of pepper from a mill.
Wrap in the foil so it’s as air tight as possible then bake for 20 -25 minutes. 180c or GM4
Remove from the oven, taking great care of any escaping steam as it will burn you, open, plate and serve
It is great with a simple boiled jasmine rice.
