White Pudding and Apple Stuffing
I prefer the cheaper stuffing, you know the one with no grainy bits through it. I used a pudding like this in the recipe as grainy pudding isn’t suitable (in my opinion) for this recipe.
Getting Ready… You will need –
Melt the butter in a medium pot and add the onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are soft but not coloured.
Chop the pudding into small pieces then add this too. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the apple, salt, pepper and chopped sage, mix well.
Place in tin foil or in an oven proof dish and cover. Place this in the oven during the last half hour your meat is cooking so they are ready together.
